SOCIAL EVENTS

WELCOME RECEPTION
The sponsor will have the opportunity for a promotion through a networking Reception on the first evening. All registered attendees will be invited in this function.

  • The sponsor’s logo will be displayed on the signage at the Welcome Reception area

 

COFFEE BREAK
Coffee will be served during breaks in the exhibition area.

LIGHT LUNCH BREAK
Light lunches will be served during breaks in the exhibition area.

The Congress Dinner will be held outside of the Congress Venue, on the 21st of September 2017.

CONGRESS MATERIAL

​CONGRESS LANYARDS
Sponsors will have the opportunity to provide lanyards, displaying their brand and corporate logo, which will be distributed to delegates during their registration procedure.

CONGRESS BAGS
This is a high profile, much sought-after item. The sponsor’s logo and brand will be printed on the delegate bags (along with the Congress logo). Please note that, in the case that the Congress bags are provided by a sponsor, it will be the company’s responsibility to pay the relevant tax, shipping and any other charges.


ECO-BADGES
The sponsor’s logo and brand will be printed on the back of the delegate badges.


NOTEPADS & PENS
Distributed in the Congress delegate bags. This is a unique opportunity to highlight the sponsor’s brand on two items which will be continuous used throughout the Congress.


BAG INSERT
​Inclusion of promotional material, such as a bookmark or one page flyer, in the Congress bags. Material should be provided by the sponsor and approved by the Managing Committee.


USB STICKS
Distributed in the Congress delegate bags. The USB stick will include all Congress abstracts and sponsor will have the opportunity to display their logo on the USB stick.
